Refund policy
It is our policy to accept returns for defective or damaged products only. In compliance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive, perfumes are classified as sealed cosmetic and hygiene products that cannot be returned once opened or unsealed for hygiene reasons.
Opened perfumes cannot be returned due to hygiene considerations. Personal taste in fragrance is subjective, therefore we always recommend starting with one of our Discovery Sets to sample scents before purchasing a full-size bottle.
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at concierge@hereticparfum.com with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged or incorrect item
- A description of the issue
We will review your request and arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.
International customers: For assistance with returns, order issues, or exercising your right of withdrawal where applicable, please contact global@hereticparfum.com. We will process all requests in accordance with applicable consumer protection regulations.
We might be busy preparing orders, but we aim to respond within 24 hours, excluding weekends and holidays.
