Refund policy

It is our policy to accept returns for defective or damaged products only. In compliance with EU Consumer Rights Directive, perfumes fall under the category of sealed cosmetic and hygiene products that cannot be returned once opened. For this reason, all sales are final. Personal taste in fragrance is a subjective thing, therefore we always suggest you start with one of our Discovery Sets to sample the scents before purchasing a full size bottle.

If your product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Please email  concierge@hereticparfum.com to inform us of the problem, with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged or incorrect item
  • A description of the issue

We will review your request and arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.
