1. Eligibility  

Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia, who are 18

years old or the age majority in their state of residence (whichever is older) at the

time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Warner Bros. Entertainment Inc., Sponsor,

Fandango Loyalty Solutions, LLC, and each of their respective parents, affiliates,

subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, and immediate family

members and those living in the same household are not eligible to participate or win a

prize. Void where prohibited by law.

2. Sponsor

• Heretic’s The Bride Fragrance Giveaway (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Heretic Beauty, Inc. (“Sponsor”), located at 9016 Fullbright Ave., Chatsworth, CA 91311.

3. Agreement to Official Rules

• Participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding.

4. Entry Period

• The Sweepstakes begins at 6:00AM PST on March 6, 2026 and ends at 11:59PM PST on March 8, 2026 (the “Entry Period”).

5. How to Enter

• Entrants must like the Sweepstakes-related post on the Sponsor’s Instagram page (@heretic) and follow @heretic @thebridemovie on Instagram.

• Entrants must tag 1 friend in the Sweepstakes-related post.

• Multiple entries allowed per person. 

6. Selection of Winner

• Winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period.

• The drawing will be held on or about March 9, 2026.

• The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

7. Winner Notification

• Winners will be notified via Instagram direct message within 3 days of the drawing.

• If a potential winner cannot be contacted, or fails to respond within 5 days, the potential winner forfeits the prize.

8. Winners 

• 5 winners in total will be selected in the random drawing. Limit to one prize package per person.

9. Prizes

• 5 winners will each receive: 1 Heretic x The Bride Solid Perfume Compact ($75.00), and 2 $15 Fandango Promotional Codes ($30 total value) to see The Bride! in theaters. Prize will be awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied by Sponsor or prize supplier.

• Total prize winnings is $105.00 per winner. 

• No substitution, assignment, or transfer of prizes is permitted, except by Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize with another of comparable or greater value.

• Total value of all prizes available to be won: $525.00

 10. Taxes

• All federal, state, and local taxes and all other expenses not expressly listed as part of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.

11. General Conditions

• Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Sweepstakes if any fraud, technical failures, human error, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes.

• Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or any other promotion.

12. Release and Limitations of Liability

• Warner Bros. Entertainment Inc., Instagram, and Fandango Loyalty Solutions, LLC, Fandango Media, LLC  are not legal sponsors or responsible for the Sweepstakes and entrants understand they are providing their information to Sponsor. 

• By participating in this Sweepstakes, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Warner Bros. Entertainment Inc., Instagram, Fandango Loyalty Solutions, LLC, Fandango Media, LLC and each of their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability for any injuries, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of any prize.

13. Disputes

• Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the courts located in Los Angeles, California under the laws of the state of California per Sponsor’s existing website https://hereticparfum.com/policies/terms-of-service.

• All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, entrant’s rights, and obligations, or the rights and obligations of the Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, courts located in Los Angeles, California under the laws of the state of California per Sponsor’s existing website https://hereticparfum.com/policies/terms-of-service, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules.
